Motorist was driving while on drugs
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for 28 months after he was caught under the influence of the controlled drug, amphetamine.
Shane Peat, 30, of Portland Terrace, Gainsborough, was also fined £120, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Peat also failed to pay for fuel and was ordered to pay £25.07 in compensation.
