Householders face rise in Fire Authority Council Tax bill
Householders in Nottinghamshire will have to fork out more in Council Tax to the county’s fire authority.
It comes after Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire and Rescue Authority rubber-stamped an increase of 1.95 per cent – an annual rise of £1.39 for those living in a Band D property.
The decision was made at a meeting of the fire authority on Friday.
